Cancellation & Exchange Policy – Jaipur Trendz

At Jaipuri Trendz, we strive to provide accurate product details, reliable size information, and multi-level quality checks before dispatch. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with an exchange.

Please note: We currently do not offer returns or refunds. Only size exchanges are allowed.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for domestic orders placed on our official store: www.jaipuritrendz.com.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.
  • A processing fee of ₹200 per item will be charged.
  • Colour variations due to screen or device differences are not eligible for exchange.
  • Only one exchange is allowed per order.
  • Exchange is available for same value or higher value items.
  • Exchange orders are not eligible for further exchange.

If You Received a Damaged or Incorrect Product

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at:

Please provide a clear opening video showing the issue for faster resolution.

Exchange Process

  1. Raise an exchange request using our portal:

  2. We will arrange a reverse pickup depending on service availability.
  3. Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you will be required to self-ship the product.
  4. Once the returned item passes quality check, the replacement will be shipped within 24–48 working hours.

Cancellation Policy

  • COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

  • Unavailability of fabric or material
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Fraudulent or risky order activity

Refund Policy

Jaipuri Trendz does not offer returns or refunds once products are delivered. Only size exchanges are available as per our policy.
